TERMS OF SALES
The offer on the website www.zeades.com is exclusively for consumers.
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to the contract concluded via the online shop of ZEADES and consumers. Consumers are natural persons with whom a contractual relationship may be concluded without a commercial or self-employed professional activity being attributed to them.
The present contract is governed by the law of the Principality of Monaco, and more specifically by the rules linked to online and distance sales.
The confirmation and acceptance of the order are realised by using data provided by the customer in successive screen pages. This data appears on a summary screen which explicitly indicates the purchaser’s firm commitment. Orders are confirmed by email with indication of ZEADES’ identity and details, including an email address where customers can direct any request. The confirmation email includes the item’s reference and the total price including shipment.
ZEADES delivers worldwide. For handling an order the invoice and delivery address must be within the same country. Delivery times shall only be deemed agreed insofar as they are stipulated in writing. The delivery time shall begin when the order is received.
The delivery time shall be approximately 10 to 15 working days for EU countries. For countries outside EU, the delivery time is beyond the control of the seller. If the goods cannot be delivered because of any reasons which the seller is not responsible for, additional delivery costs might be charged.
ZEADES brought the best care to the packing of your order, using reinforced cartons sealed with guarantee ribbon tape, to assure the best protection to the delivered piece and its gift box.
Each ZEADES item comes in its luxurious hallmarked gift box, assuring a premium product presentation.
Payments are made in Euro using bank credit card through Mollie security standards.
For EU customers, the VAT and all taxes are included. For other countries, taxes are not included.
Flat freight charges are calculated according to the customer’s location.
MOLLIE - Security for online payments
Mollie payment solution is designed to comply with card payment security standards on e-commerce websites. When the customer decides to pay for the order, s/he is directed to the Mollie platform, which transmits a personalised encrypted page (https) in the exact style of the merchant website.
Having inputted card details, undergone a consistency check and passed through the anti-fraud filter and requested authorisation from the Bank Card Network or issuer (private cards), Mollie redirects the customer to the e-commerce site resulting in a payment transaction.
Every evening the Mollie platform carries out a telecollection of the day’s transactions and transmits the information to the online payment server of the retailer’s bank, with the bank acknowledging receipt.
Zeades ships worldwide. The products are shipped to the address indicated by the Client during the ordering process (except to a PO Box). In the eventuality of a mistake in the details of the address communicated, zeades.com will not be held responsible for the impossibility to finalize the delivery.
For the countries of the European Community, the VAT is included. For other countries, the possible local taxes are not included.
Flat freight charges are calculated according to the customer’s location:
. France & Monaco: FREE OF CHARGE - Delivery within 3 days
. Other Europe (EU) countries & Switzerland: Colissimo International €10.00 // For orders €100.00 and up - FREE OF CHARGE - Delivery within 10-15 days
Other countries: Colissimo International €15.00 - Delivery within 15 days
Each item is accompanied by a detailed invoice. You are kindly asked to keep the same for any guarantee claim procedure.
Satisfaction or your money back
The main characteristics of each item are detailed in the «specification» sheet. The Client is duly informed that the pictures and colors of the proposed items might differ from the reality depending on the internet navigator or screen.
The client benefits with a 15-day inspection delay (from shipment date) to return any item and obtain a reimbursement. This delay included the 7-day legal inspection period as for articles L121-20 and following from the Consumption Code.
The item will need to be returned in absolute mint resalable condition, in its genuine packaging and showing all original labels. The item will be returned to the following address:

The returned item will be reimbursed to the Client in a maximum delay of 30 days from the day of the reception of the return. It is the responsibility of the Client to duly keep any invoice or receipt confirming the effective return of the product (Post Office, others…)
The reimbursement will be effected via bank transfer to the account from which the payment was initially made (excluding shipment expenses).
To exchange an item, the Client will contact our Customer Service, which will indicate the procedure to follow. Our Customer Service can be contacted from Monday to Friday at the following opening hours (10:00 to 17:30) or via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Each ZEADES item is backed with a one-year international guarantee. This guarantee covers free repair or replacement of the product which shows a manufacturing defect. For any quality defect, please directly contact our after-sale service email@example.com.

While ordering, the customer communicates personal data to ZEADES. This data is confidential, and will the used by ZEADES exclusively.
